*Worst dining experience* I've ever had, *no thanks* to the "district manager" named Rob, who -not only- appeared to be under the influence, but -also- was VERY emotionally dysregulated and incapable of appropriately interacting with loyal customers.Today was the first time in over 2 decades as a loyal customer that I have ever had a complaint. I politely explained the situation and the 'manager' responded very loudly and rudely stating, "Look's like your just trying to be cheap and get out of paying for your meal because you can't afford it".... Mind you, prior to working in the medical field I was a manager for YEARS and never would even consider speaking to a customer in such a tone nor so disrespectfully to a military family.... in any case a professional manager would have come to the table and handled a simple customer complaint much better. It's literally part of the job description -AND- mind you, this was my first complaint ever. He did not even offer to re-make any of the food, again made multiple comments about how we "can't seem to afford the bill", told me to "pay the bill or he would call the cops." Thinking in the back of my mind how that would be a funny situation because the police would probably look right at him and ask if he is under the influence -or- why he is so aggressive and dysregulated. Such an inappropriate display from a "manager." When I opened my wallet to get my visa he looked down at my military ID and rudely made a comment about how "we don't care that you are military, we don't do that here" which was very random.... and then he walked away making comments as he headed back to the kitchen... The elderly couple sitting near me asked if I wanted a recording of this to send to corporate. By this point I was not going to tolerate being disrespected any further by this terrible example of management and was thoroughly disgusted by this man's grotesque behavior. What a nightmare dining experience, this guy is not manager material!
